Supposed to run 21K but I fell and hurt myself at about 11K. I was at 5th place behind Maija Hakala but before Minna Syvälä and Pirjo Saukko when I fell. Gutted that I couldn't finish the run. 4x1600m/2min relaxed intervals at 4:10 pace. Splits 6:40, 6:40, 6:39, 6:36. Feeling ok otherwise but back got badly jammed yesterday and prevents me from running. Amazed that I could run at all.
