Long trail run including 10x spontaneous hill reps in Hervanta ski slope. Good legs today and feeling surprisingly fresh despite Jukola hangover. Imagined being Victor or Emil Svensk while flying over the ground :)

Venla relay. 1st leg in the 3rd team (sudden change of the team from TP-19 to TP-3 in the morning). Some small mistakes throughout the race but fairly good overall control until the very end where I made a huge 4min mistake. Without that I would have come about 5min after the lead but now the margin was over 9min (!). Very annoyed and disappointed :(

Easy run incl. 8x30sec accelerations. Feeling pretty good.

Morning swim in Lahdesjärvi. Feeling great. Something magical in early morning swimming.

Orienteering 1:04:00 [2] 7.3 km (8:46 / km) +150m 7:57 / km

Orienteering, Peltokankaanvuori, Nokia. Beautiful terrain and good grip most of the way. Have to stay focused in order to find the controls. Today was a good day.

Orienteering in Vahalahti, Nokia. Some good parts, some less good parts. Some good orienteering, some not so good. Lost concentration a few times.

Morning swim in the outdoor swimming pool. Starting to enjoy the pool :) 90min massage in the evening. Awesome!
