Metro League Mitchell Park. OK for how I've gone here lately Ran thru green instead of staying on the "track" and then couldn't find it when i needed it - lost 5 mins then a couple of other 1-2 mins, At least I didn't poke my eye out again.

The Cliff Track + add-on. Legs a bit tired to start with so this was really good to get over - longest run for quite a while. A plus was the coffee caravan at the Otford Lookout car park - very civilised. Out of gratitude I suggested it probably wasn't a good idea to head down to Bulgo just for a swim (250 m climb back up !).
