Wattle Ridge SL1. Reasonable considering thickness of veg and rough terrain. Missed Cole of mins on #4 and then could not see circle for #9 and ended up past #10 a lost quite a bit.

Helensburgh pool 40 laps. Calves still sore from Saturday. Appointment for massage at Supple Muscle sure came in handy and gave some relief.
