Ratall Creek. Jim Sawkins. Red 3. Wore visor and O glasses and this seemed to work OK. Tried two handed compass approach for the flattish spur gully.

Walk Chellowdene - Lower Coast Rd Park pde. Spent a lot of time (40 mins) stretching calves and also did straight leg raises to stretch hammies and nerves behind knee - seemed to free up calves considerably.
