SHOO Boxvale. Rather thick and generally tough. Could not find #3 although I was sure I was in the right gully (and for a long time).

Orienteering 24:05 [3] 2.0 km (12:03 / km) +50m 10:42 / km

3 Day Sprint. DNF. Having given due consideration, I decided that the wearing of a cap or visor would not be necessary for a sprint at this time of year etc. NOT SO. Straight into the sun and uphill for 1st leg, couldn't see a thing, couldn't pick scattered tree or was it rough open yellow area, couldn't read vegetation and as I had decided to go by patches of dark green and white to gauge where I was, I just couldn't work things out. After all that things went OK but missedout #6 altogether for a disappointing result. Thought second half of course was a bit soft compared to Mo's course.
