SL 10 Cataract. Pretty simple but still managed to fall base over Apex over cable between 2 poles on way to #4 and de-stuff meself. Couldn't pick tracks/vegetation gaps and lost a couple of minutes.

SHOO Baronga Creek Penrose. Long. Lot of thick stuff and fallen logs. Did a fair number of face plants and staggers. At least I dealt with the R heel blister problem area.
