Otford Road. Walked(?) up and jogged backdown. Must be 30 years since doing this in a Metro event and also maybe in Mark Wilmott’s infamous NYE entertainment. First section is mind blowing climb. All up it is rated 9.4% climb on Strava.

Caringbah YMCA. Did fitness assmt on bike 34.7 - good cf poor the other day. Walking lunges and 30 then 40 cm box jumps and 60 cm step ups (just).
