ROS Ashbury. Medium. Went #5,#9, #8, #6, #7, #8, #9.... with a comfort stop on the way.

Kept physio appt but changed to treatment for back. Did stretches tonight as recommended by Sean.

Went to see specialist today regarding possible shoulder surgery. Would involve 4 weeks in sling and then 4 weeks of restricted movement and then 4 weeks of strengthening. Will have to make decision tomorrow, probably to go ahead.
