Orienteering 59:41 [3] 3.2 km (18:39 / km) +50m 17:18 / km

Sydney Sprint Boronia Park. Medium 2.2. Hardly a sprint! A lot of up and down and two visits to the part I reckon is a “Boronia Triangle” - I’m sure there is something strange about the tracks around the little clearing in the middle of the map. But there you go....

Orienteering 46:31 [3] 3.31 km (14:03 / km) +37m 13:19 / km

SOS Camden South PS. Long Line. Hot and sweaty and feeling the effects of doing a few different things at the different gym yesterday.

Friday Feb 19 #

10 AM

Gym 1:00:00 [3]

Engadine Gym. Went up to check visits left after not going for a year.
11 AM

Swim 12:00 [3]

Engadine Pool. Carnival going on so did a few laps of the little pool. Warm. Did the job.

Thursday Feb 18 #

9 AM

Stretching + Lunges 15:00 [3]
weight:82.7kg

I haven’t been doing these for some time and certainly since cutting my knee which is four weeks.
11 AM

Swim 24:00 [3]

Helensburgh Pool. First swim this year, I think. In the rain, didn’t sink ( maybe current body fat level contraindicated this) didn’t drown and quite enjoyed the outing.

Wednesday Feb 17 #

10 AM

Gym 1:15:00 [3]
weight:83.1kg

Burgh. Fairly easy session. Gym seems to have more equipment every visit.

Tuesday Feb 16 #

7 PM

Yoga Class 1:00:00 [3]
weight:82.8kg

At surf club with Karen. Rather surprised that I could do just about every thing.

Monday Feb 15 #

5 PM

Walking 52:30 [3] 4.05 km (12:58 / km) +80m 11:48 / km

Fire Station. Felt pretty stuffed today after a not so good night. Had a bit of a kip watching UK rugby and then managed to drag knees out up the hill.
