Red course -7.9km - ran 134% of course length.
a few 1 and 2 minute mistakes but no major blunders and no injuries to ankles. :) Also ran w/o shin guards as I already had shoes on before I realized the guards were not on and it seemed like too much effort to remove shoes just for that. The gamble paid off as I didnt whack my shins.
Right lower calf cramped twards the end of control 12 and it is still sore.
