Green 50+ 6.83km on a 5.6km course 122%
only one major mistake (#6) but I felt sluggish physically. On the 'make me feel bad' side I'm now in the 50+ group and as the youngest 50+ competitor, placed last :(

side note: another shoe story - the front toe tab thingies on my talons have separated from the shoe. This has begun to cause a tripping hazard. Back at Hibernia, Ed Scott mentioned he fixes his shoes with Gorilla Glue. I had been planning on this but never go to it... until Saturday evening. I darn near glued the toe tops to the sole. It took some pushing and prying but I got them to a point that they were manageable to wear.
