advanced loop of the cycle/orienteering course approx 1.2km. And yes, o-shoes make a difference. I was well aware I was not wearing them.

sprint. fun, 3 loop race.
Overran one control (first on C leg) and had to double back.
Then thought I was done when I punched hub control for the third time. Lucky Angelica was behind me and asked/commented that this was not the end...crap :( because my body was telling me it was the end :)
