Good Day!!!! Yes I know it says I'm injured but I ran the Canya Canyon anyway! It was a run up North Cheyenne Canyon for 6 kilometers and about 1200 feet of climb! I had a good run and finished 10th!!!! (out of 70+ people) Today more than makes up for yesterday, even with my ankle under an ice pack right now...

Monday Oct 30

Bike Commute 30:00 [2]6.0 mi (4:59 / mi)
Trail Run 39:12 [3]4.44 mi (8:49 / mi)
Mostly a motivational run because today is the first night of winter darkness, and I can tell already that it'll take a bit of extra motivation for me to get out into the darkness to train.

The moon was out and I had a red tinted headlight on which preserves night vision wonderfully, I even saw a pair of eyes staring at me from the side of the trail, after a moment of prey induced panic I realized it was just a deer...(Shrug)
