Boarding with Adam and his friend Will at Copper. Will was our tour giude and showed us parts of Copper Neither of us knew existed. An extreme day of powder, trees and wicked steeps!!!

A good day of Tele Skiing at Copper Mountain. I rarely go a whole day of tele and by 3 I was definitely feeling it in my quads. I suppose this would also count as a quad strength workout...

It felt good to be able to do something active finally! My legs felt heavy at first, but they very quickly warmed up to the work. I'm looking forward to going for a short run tomorrow...!
