| Bluerg. No, actually double Bleurg!! The road over Berthoud Pass suffered from multiple car accidents effectively closing the road. So, after first battling I-70 traffic, a road I will never again drive, I sat on US 40 for 45 minutes at a standstill before turning around and heading to the Frisco Nordic Center where I enjoyed a bit of skate skiing. I'd forgotten how much of a workout this is.
Very nice. Then I battled with the idiots on the roads even on the back way home through South Park. (Sigh) I need a beer. Ooo look, here's a beer. Mmmm tasty... ;-) | ||

| My right hip/groin tightness comes and goes but doesn't seem to affect my running. Today it's been unusually active. Maybe from the biking earlier this week. I re-adjusted the seat to fit me better but I'm still not sure it's a good fit, it may be the root of this right hip/groin trouble. | ||
