I signed up for the CrossFit Games Open. This week is the first of five workouts. It was 17 minutes as many reps as possible of:
40 Burpees, 30 Snatches at 75 lbs. Then lots more...
I'd never done a snatch before so after a bit of practice and coaching I was able to complete 14 at the prescribed 75 pounds. Not bad for me!
