Orienteering race at Manitou Park north of Woodland Park. I haven't been in this intricate terrain in a while and was very cautious and hesitant. Even so I still made a fair sized mistake which cost me the win.
WOD was:
7 times three reps of increasing weight squats every minute! I did front squats and worked my way up to only 105 pounds. Then a two minute transition to 30 burpee pullups! I'm definitely feeling this one in my legs. Ive got the hang of the kipping pullups so the burpee pullups were totally do-able!
