Lovisa had 10 free swim passes to use so a group did an aquajogging session.
Swim warm up

40 x 15 (15)
No aquajogging belts meant it was hard to stay up in the water but felt like good exercise!
Followed by the best brunch ever.

Good warm up for HemlÄngtan next weekend! (20kmish long run 'home' to the club hut)

Pyramid session on the cycle paths around Gottsunda - 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 with 1 min rest between each and 2mins after 4's and the 5.
Feel like I'm getting faster although pacing still pretty bad. Will try and stay behind Hilda next week :)

November nights #2 at Fiby, bit of a team effort tonight running with Hanni and Audrey. We forgot there was gaffling so the first gaffled control was funny (it's definitely here, No it's over here!)
Enjoyed the terrain, first time running on this area :)

Tisdagbana F, lost the pack quite early on so actually did some navigating! Ran on the path for one section instead of through the terrain as I didn't trust myself not to get completely lost.
Nice icy and marshy route tonight, waterproof socks were great until they filled with water!
