First black course (I think?)
Started early as I got a lift from someone helping at the event.
It was fun to be orienteering in the UK again with paths and no snow! I took mostly good route choices and tried to plan legs while on the lonng path sections (although probably should have been running faster on these). Didn't take a gel which was a big mistake as I died around 75min and was orienteering pretty poorly from 18 onwards. (Minimising unecessary distance and compass).

Travelling back to U.K. for a family reunion weekend( and hopefully fitting in some orienteering too..) only running opportunity today was 7am and felt too tired when I woke up so swapping Thursday and Friday round this week (Bristol interval suggestions?)

Easy jog in Stadsskogen before Swedish class 4-6. Nice to be able to learn swedish again but annoying timing for training! (Mondays and Wednesdays)

Tisdagbana N - 12k route. Nice to be back running, nearly recovered from saturday now. Garmin seems to think I reached -325m! during the run so have changed climb from 631m to 150m which is usually about right. (Distance could also be wrong)
