Trail/Off-road Running 1:02:24 [3] 8.37 km (7:27 / km) +64m 7:11 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine (Bu/Or) 2nd

Night run with Deanne and Erin in Crothers woods, for the girls to learn / test their new headlamps. (Ran with a basic headlamp, makes me really appreciate the Kingstunner/BentBlaster setup and it's adequate lighting and quality optics)

Road/City Trail Running warm up/down 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine (Bu/Or) 2nd

Run to/from ride to trail run. (Perhaps not a good warmup/cooldown pace)

Trail/Off-road Running long 1:34:01 [2] 11.4 km (8:15 / km) +117m 7:51 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine (Bu/Or) 2nd

5Peaks Albion Hills trail pre-run/course finding with Deanne, Rob, Erin, and Iggy! Fun first few laps as we tried to remember the course from memory, an easy pace, and Rob ran Iggy; and a solid last lap with Rob as Iggy hung out (passed out from exhaustion?) with Deanne and Erin.

Trail/Off-road Running 31:00 [3] 5.6 km (5:32 / km) +62m 5:15 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine (Bu/Or) 2nd

It felt like a more working lap, but really not all that fast. Not sure if it was the lack of running the last few days, or the humidity, but regardless, a bit of a push was a great way to end the run :-)
