Sprint orienteering intervals. 4x1.3km. 2min jog recovery.

Need to maintain focus and identify key legs in the course

Trying to focus on the method at the necessary times

Night orienteering - took it a bit faster as there was a bit of a mass start going on. Aimed to keep the focus on the method and ignore other runners. Need to be more disciplined and confident in myself.

Similar session to Tuesday but a lot better. Understood the map a bit more.

Focussing on the method...practice it, make it more robust and able to use it anytime anywhere in a disciplined manner

Orienteering technique - mixture of line, control pick, compass, blank map, corridor, long legs.

Took a bit of time to get into it but getting used to the new map by the end of it
