I ran at a 10 minute pace With Chris out side for an hour.Covered 6 miles and was tired when I started and tired when I finished but stuck it out to run with him.Stopped just one time to piss and once on a hill.Just did not feel like getting out of bed at 4:30 and running!!

Today I warmed up for 15 minutes on TM and the did the minute on and one minute off.The ON minutes were 8.00 mph and the OFF minutes were 9:45mph.Then cooled down for 15 minutes at a 10:00 pace.My pace for the 30 min. speed workout averaged 6.8 mph.This was run #2,for the week of training Sept. 1-14.

This morning I did 40 minutes of walking at 10 degrees on TM for 40 minutes.My speed was 3.6 and the last 5 minutes was 3.7.I sweat a lot and my heart rate was high after 10 minutes of walking.Next week I am moving speed up to 3.7mph.Stopped twice for the bathroom.

Did the 2 hour weekend run outside at a little under a 10 min. pace.Ran 11.7 miles in 2 hours and 1 minute.I had to hurry to make early church.Was somewhat tired the rest of the day.
