knee was hurting at the end so couldn't run at the end

tried to find a good leg workout at home that helps and doesn't hurt the knee. some combo of

squats (with and without 8lb dumbbells)
ab- and adductor lifts
bed hamstring curls with purple band
bed straight leg raises with purple band

stretches including foam roller for IT band
