trail run- every time I saw a bench I did 15 bench jumps. Ended up doing 12X15 bench jumps, trail run along with 15 minute sand running and 50 lunges.

main set 40minutes of 1 minute hard in heavy gear and 1 minute spin middle gear.

20 minutes of 30 seconds fast 30 second recover run along with 5 2 minute hill repeats with stairs
