Raining today, so instead of pounding it out on the roads, I thought it better to sweat it out in the gym. Nice easy pace. Beginning of my 15 week base building.

30 min. elliptical training. Just and cross-training experiment although I think biking will be much better in the end.

Stationary bike. Painfully boring but uprising that it could get my heart rate up as well as it did. Still experimenting with Cross-Training tools.
