liverpool parkrun. 18.30 official time

felt reasonably strong for first 3k, then died. felt a bit tired in the warm up too.

bit annoyed about the time and can't quite understand how I was 20 seconds slower than last week on what I thought would be a much faster course. I did have a late night prior though and a little bit of drink, then didn't have any time for eating prior to this run. blah.
