so in fresh but hopefully not so shortlived bid to improve my knee I'm going to try to learn about knees and how to run properly. Got the "anatomy of running" on mail order and thinking of ordering the book about the pose method. any other suggestions comrades?
treadmill jog. knee not great today but late one at work. too cold outside for a travelodge clothed pre shower so decided to take it easier. didn't overheat too much. could get used to how quiet the gym is post 10pm
