Note

still alive and back running, L knee pretty much healed up now. The 2 weeks out seems to have knocked my fitness quite a bit based on today's poor performance up in the lakes.

orienteering in the lakes. It was fun. but they ran out of maps on brown so did the blue. Well planned. Poor navigation on my part. Too long since I'd orienteered last.
