up to Dumyat to spectate race. Sad not to be able to run but knee wouldn't have held up on descents. knee seems to have detoriorated over the last week or so and was the worst at work that it's been for a while. not sure why.

anyhow, nice to see an orienteer (Hector) win.

Dumyat. bit tired. knee pretty sore on the middle of the descent, then gut issues so much reduced speed last 4km. otherwise loving it. sweaty.
