Note

sadly didn't make the saunders start line, by the time I'd stayed late at work finishing stuff off, packed etc it was gone midnight on Friday and thought it was just too much to drive for 3 hours in the morning to race after about 3 hours sleep. sad times, but will reflect and make some better life choices next time (maybe)...

evening whizz around Blidworth following journey home, feeling pretty hot and tired, and knee a bit sore after, stung a bit.

trying not to be too bummed about missing the Saunders.

up Dumyat. really toasty and muggy, felt a bit buggered. had a really nice few minutes on the top alone reflecting on life and admiring the views from all directions. amazing place!

knee pretty good surprisingly.
