Plod part way up Ben Ledi in the snow. Slushy at ground level, but snow really deep as I ascended. Once I'd overtaken the two other couples out on the hill, I was making the tracks which was both awesome and tiring.

Didn't harbour any ambitions to get to the top given the W forecast. Snow was just too deep to run through out of the woods and as soon as I got in the biting W wind on the ridge, stumbling about in the mid shin/knee deep snow was enough and turned back.

Love scotland when it's snowy!

Did some intervals up hill and along flat. Knee not great, can feel it a bit. so awesome to have this training area at work!
