Left shin painful since Weds night trail race and was giving me bother noticeably on the tracks.

Run with the hounds. Shin generally better than earlier in the day, until I stopped at home then sore to walk with for a bit doh.

Trossachs Night trail race.

Really good fun and hard workout. Lots of good duels on the way round including an awesome steep downhill sprint finish between 4 of us. Perhaps some correlation between leg length and downhill sprinting ability. 8th ish I think.

Quite sore afterwards, left shin (inside and front). Knee holding up really well though.

Diet not going great succumbed to a double-chips day :-)

Plod out to cambusbarron. Very boggy and felt pretty terrible, legs v sore, mainly left shin including teh front of it. Meh. headtorch fail by the end.
