Northaw Orienteering.

Good course, map and terrain. Pretty clean, still feeling unfit like yesterday (surprise) and struggling through the terrain, but managed to scrape into 1st. More training needed. Knee a bit iffy going round but not as bad as yesterday.

Nice to go orienteering using the train.

standard trip out to Epping and very enjoyable it was. lovely forest just to de-stress from another long week. feeling bloody unfit, this was quite hard work.

knee felt a bit iffy but I did give it some stick in the gym last night. overheating a lot due to overdressing.
