resting achilles. hopped into London to do touristy stuff - would recommend HMS Belfast.

knee a bit sore walking around which was annoying.

Enjoyed this. Much nicer terrain than I'd imagined and a real eyeballs out whip round. Struggling through the terrain though with poor fitness.

Achilles seized up a bit after I'd finished and seemed painful underneath my feet to the front of the shoes too (plantar?).

Lots of stretching in the evening.

Monday cruise around the seat with Sarah, just pootling really.

Legs quite sore this morning at work. Getting some achilles pain towards the end on the climbs, felt it a bit yesterday at times but was OK afterwards. Achilles a bit sore tonight.
