leg 6. really struggled to get the HR up. legs pretty tired. achilles sore on warm up but settled down during race. surprisingly my foot was much better after this run, seemed to have done it some good ?!?

Harvester leg 1. Epic. Great fun.

10 mins lost at #1, oops. Just lost contact at the end then minced around with others until I'd found a few other gaffles, and then finally the distinct boulder which could only have been one place on the map.

Then was round in a pack with EUOC and Rhys for a bit, then just Rhys. Working together with Rhys for the last 2/3rds, him generally ahead but I was keeping contact and prevented the odd miss. Could keep up through the bracken and dark, but no way could I keep up once out in the open.

My R foot arch was pulsating like a bitch after I'd sat down in the tent and the adreniline had worn off and I was thinking that Saunders next weekend is defo off.....
