this was fun. very fun. painful though. quite a bit of cycling, quite a bit of walking. not a big fun of continuous 20% gradients with a fully laden £150 decathlon bike.

pretty cool to be cycling at 1000m high and getting the munro mobile to the top of it's first munro.

had to ditch it once I'd left the track for a bit as the tyres were sinking into the bog....

nice plod up to the top. bit of snow. cold!

achilles not as sore as yesterday, bit better. clicky during day at desk though

achilles felt very sore today, real shame after it felt fine yesterday, maybe just adrenaline surpressed it yesterday. had to cut short my achilles exercises as I was worried of tweaking it.
