Note

went running training given I seem to have made the cut into the FVO harvester team. sort of remembered how to run but it was really hard. managed to dip under 5m/km at the end. My arms were aching lots as I ran round (odd). PF was very sore right foot but running in my trainers with insoles in. achilles a bit sore at end but nothing too bad
