White Rose - achilles seemed fine generally, knee a bit sore at times. really enjoyed just getting back doing some orienteering. I don't appear to be that unfit, given I've not really done any training.
Think the regular stretching and rolling is helpful.
5th/6th Sep - switched to new trainers (don't make old decathlon brand). Plantar quite sore. R Achilles also a bit sore just walkiing to work hmm.
