falkland. enjoyed. good technically if a bit simple at times. nice planning. i dont eem to be too bad at going uphill. bit crap on downhills. see how achilles is but no material pain throughout but adopting gait to protect.

Tentsmuir middle

Really good fun. a bit fast and furious for me given I've not really been doing any running training.

made a bit of an error on 10 when I cut in too early and got caught in a spikey bush (been puling bits out m head this pm).

caught Tom Cochrane up and had a good tussle with him.

body wise - R knee was pretty sore after. think because I am unfit running properly with any form is not really happening so I'm just sort of collapsing in during the gait...... achilles a bit sore after but nothing too bad.
