Great Mell Fell evening event.

Always wanted to O here as Dad and I for some irrational reason liked the hill since we were here for Lakes 2005.

Really nice area for an evening event. R Achilles noticabley sore and running to protect it.

Great fun to be actually doing some running training, but I am slow as I know and was aware of tomorrows O so kept it slow to limit screwing achilles. R achilles a bit sore boo.

Cycle with my Brother. Usual sibling rivalry, but I just about kept up despite on my steel GBP150 decathlon badboy. A few little points where I was straining my achilles.
