New year, new me and all that jazz.

Decided signing up to Stirling Uni gym would inspire more S&C work. A bit unconventional that it is a big warehouse with internal dividers whislt they renovate, but it adds to the character and is cheap as chips.

Did my physio exercises and stretching etc. Foot felt reasonably good throughout, but no real exercises that should trouble it too much.

Saw physio last night (Life Well Fitness), was pretty impressed with her (Carolyn Kent), thinks it is a bit of bone bruising and tendon issue on the first tarsal etc, all caused by lack of mobility in R ankle meaning the front foot is taking a pounding (rather than going through achilles and knee). Need to stay off running for 7-14 days ish until cycling not painful and do lots of calf/soleus strengthening.

Late last night foot become a bit creaky but nothing too bad, just not as good as I thought initially post cycling.... so didn't do any great exercise today. Went for a c3km walk up the track in between showers. Felt OKish but defo still a bit sore.

Pretty gloomy in Lochaber today, swear it felt like it was getting dark about 2pm!
