Rough diary for the week (CBA with updating each day chronoligically).

Monday - crap! my R foot was incredibly sore just to walk on, very sharp pain with every step. pain over top 1st digit middle bit of metatarsal, similar place to January. walking the 950m to work was a struggle and good to have work to distract me,

Tuesday - getting a little better but still very sore. able to walk to work not that far off full speed, but in quite a bit of pain.

Wednesday - night O @ KP. thanks to Gareth for coming out and helping hang with <24hrs notice, especially when I was late to hang as I didn't realise I'd not been given all the enough stakes. Hung controls via bike which was . good, foot still sore walking but adrenaline helped me through. post event foot sore in evening but mainly used it sore than outright sharp detoriorating pain

Thursday - massive improvment in foot overnight! very surprised. using it may have done lots of good.

Friday - cant remember much about this day, but a little better.

Saturday - did about 2 x 1.5km walking in total. not painful, but a little sore afterwards . Still a way off trying running.

Sunday - similar walking to Sat, a little better.

Exciting diary completed. Stay tuned for more next week. I will aim to go the the gym a bit, do some gentle exercises then maybe run towards end of the week if all good. Hopefully get into the hills Sunday in the snow!
