Shuffling about sherwood forest running whilst evan was cycling. I was pushing him up the hills which was quite hard work. My knee was pretty bad though. R knee on inside . Damn

Night o.

After a good but of work and train faff managed to only get there at 18.28 so a bit of a frantic get ready and run to start.

Think I actually started orienteering on the way to 3 as was messing with my headtorche which wasnt on properly. My knee and foot been really sore all week (long hours and new seat at work so just wanted to plod round having fun.Had a good battle with roger g and James h. Managed to pip them both, but wont be doing the latter for long!

Technically wise loved it and didn't really make any mistakes, I was just in the zone throughout. Seem to have my best runs when I dont really put any pressure and rock up with little preparation.

Body wise knee quite sore part way round but foot way better than it has been at work. Must sort body out.
