FVO Pilates.

Great fun as always. Still falling over a bit on the side stuff. My R knee is absolutely rubbish though, was a bit sore post Sunday and doesn't like being kneeled on. Googling away for my self cure.

"Long run" from spean. Pretty toasty as wearing a thermal- only packed winter clothes when I came up here about 3 weeks ago doh. Will get some more clothes on order... great views up to the grey crries and aonach mor. Snow holding well but will be getting a hammering for the next week.

My r knee was in pain from about 0.5km in but then subsided after a few kms. A bit of a bummer. My r quad seemed very tight yesterday so will target it with some stretching.

Enjoying getting back into running. Hard work though, especially the indeterminate trudge back up the hill. Main road pretty dead.

Up glen roy. R Knee being Really annoying and flared up damn. Sire tendon. Good news is that foot seems to be a lot better and o reactions there.
