Cycling 1:03:37 [3] 22.81 km (21.5 kph) +237m

very blustery late afternoon so opted to stay low near Spean and through Leachanan.

the tracks are so flipping bumpy! roads nice and flat and quiet though.

Quite enjoying the biking atm. Better for knee maybe. May have to get a new bike as it's not just quite cricket going round with a panier rack and a bottom of the range decathlon steel monster.

in other news not sure whether I interrupted an amorous pair outside a car up at the parking lot, all I'll say is from a distance one of them didn't look quite dressed for the 10 degrees and c15mph Northerly wind.

Was going to rest but such good weather and wasn't so itchy from insulating so thought I'd handle a cycle before showering...

Did the far side of the Roy. Nice climb on the forest track, kept it short but will be bakc to see how far hte track goes.

Was just going to track it, but then the crazy cat in me opted to dive off into the croft and run the hill route the opposite way... so a slight climb in bog, then steep descent on a good trod. nice to do it this way for once, but reaffirmed why I do it the other way.

finished just about before it got proper dark. nice views from top in dusk, great end to week.

slight downer that R knee inside a bit sore on descent.

FVO Pilates.

Great fun as always. Still falling over a bit on the side stuff. My R knee is absolutely rubbish though, was a bit sore post Sunday and doesn't like being kneeled on. Googling away for my self cure.
