razzing up the valley. Good fun to back on teh e bike and going up the hills with 300% total input at times for a laugh.

Bidean a'Chabair

Bailed on a planned trip to Knoydart due to combination of a required pre 6am wake up for the ferry and my R knee has been a bit sore walking around yesterday.

Knee was still painful today, bit of a bummer, R inside where my "fat pad" has been painful before. Slightly differnet from my usual tendon or clicky problems so will probably need just a bit more rest to subside (hopefully). Worst on descents, seems OK on uphill and flat.

Anyway the hill was lovely, I just kept to walking and had a lovely amble around the knobbly ridge, which went on for quite a way. Cut down on the way back for a bit of an adventure and avoid the trudge back over the lumps and bumps of the ridge. Ended up in some pretty boggy forest, albeit there was some lovely O terrain en route.
