And itbwas great ro be back. Itb fiine but feeling worked in evening. Great area. Nav a bit rusth and was not moving quick but v enjoyable band its a start!!
Only saw one person on the open (Srollins) so more like an individual but Great fun

Dizzy heights of gate 3 tonight, a new post itb record. Resting up tomorrow for terrain debut in Roseisle :-). Itb was sore when snoozing on lhs in evening but no problem on run

Binned my holiday to Corsica as not going to be up for 20km a day weighted with a rucksack

each run feels like I die less that than the last one trying to keep up a modicum of speed, so this is positive. ITB a wee sore at lunch walk but fine on the run.

bit worried that these jogs are putting a bit of strain on my HR!

a very positive run as was an out and back on track and the most continual descent on ITB I have done.

also did a single leg squat on my L side for first time without tweaking ITB again

ITB fine during though going slow on descent, feels like it has worked it afterwards.
