Ecko Kerrera Blue
Awesome area, course and day out generally, augmented by a bit of ferry faff on the way back due to usual Calmac issues. Itb managed really well and could only feel it on final run along road.

A tiring but fun & fulfilling weekend, so need to rest up next few days and do all the work I should probably have done over the weekend!

Ladhar Bheinn and wander back
Great amount of sleep despite various types of inconsiderate flying wildlife chirping from 4am... including a particulaly enthusiastic cuckoo.
Itb was tingling a bit last night pre bed but wasnt that much further to go up the hill than walk straight back so cracked on.
Great climb along the ridge with shelter from the clouds and mist. I always underestimate how rough knoydart is but thankfully had salvation of the trod once on the final ridge.
Body Seemed ok in the end but L calf rather than itb bit sore on track.
