Tour de meall luidh mor
Absolutely love this route. Very quick underfoot with hard tracks but stunning scenery over the backside. Itb seemed fine, l shin better than yest but still there.
Made up for the boat being cancelled to rum!

Got wind my sprint orienteering prowess may be required in a few weeks time so thought i should start trying to get flat fitness back. Itb brilliant despjte hammering it for last k. My l shin splints feel like they could come back...

working very hard again but hopefully the HR will keep coming down as I build back up. ITB was a little sore immediately after but subsided quickly. this was quite a hard workout on the tracks for it.
between 6 - 8 degrees and oscillating toasty to chilly depending on the sun and wind
